When you're ready, click 'Continue' at the bottom of this page, but only once you've read these instructions.
Once you have clicked 'Continue' and the page has opened, you will be greeted with a prompt to 'Click/tap to continue'. To proceed, simply click on the text, and you will proceed through the process.
Once you have reached a screen which says at the top 'Select the first letter of your first name', an alphabet will be displayed. Simply click on the letter which is the first letter of your forename. It will automatically continue to the next step for you.
Reminder: Use the first name which is registered with the club, do not use nicknames or abbreviations.
Once you have proceeded to a screen which says at the top 'Select the first letter of your surname', an alphabet will be displayed. Simply click on the letter which is the first letter of your surname. It will automatically continue to the next step for you.
Reminder: Use the surname which is registered with the club, do not use nicknames or abbreviations.
You will then go to a screen which says at the top 'Enter your membership number', and a keypad will be displayed below. Enter your membership number by typing it in using the keypad, by clicking on the relevant numbers. Although nothing will indicate that you are typing in a number, you will now be typing in your membership number.
Once you have typed in your membership number, click on the green arrow (→) button which will take you to the next step.
The system will now attempt to recover your PIN. If it is successful, you will reach a screen which says 'PIN Recovered Successfully', and your PIN will be displayed below in a grey box.
However, if recovery did fail, then you will need to try again, by simply reloading the page. Try the troubleshooting steps below.
